Currently enrolled on the Osaka School of Fine Arts ( Japan)
Greg is about to undergo an apprenticeship as the first non-Japanese in the ancient storytelling form known as Rakugo.
A graduate of the Classics department at the University of Toronto it was there he first began adapting Aristophanes plays.
His version of Clouds ran for a year at the Poor Alex Theatre and then toured Canada as well as being nominated for a Dora award.
In 2002 he co-produced his adaptation of Aristophanes  Assembly Women at the Hart House Theatre. That same year he resided at the Banff centre to work on his first original one man show Tokyo Affair.
In 2004 His adaptation of Aristophanes Lysistrata played the Summer works festival at the Factory Theatre earning him a top ten pick of the festival.
Allegra’s Magic Flute is the result of three years work with co-author Lawrence Cotton and has already seen performances at Canada’s National Arts Centre.
